Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a certified, skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful outcome of surgeries and the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready for use
- Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments, sutures, and other sterile supplies during procedures
- Maintain aseptic technique throughout surgeries to prevent infection and ensure patient safety
- Assist with positioning patients on the operating table and ensure their comfort and safety
- Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate needs during procedures and provide efficient support

Skills:
- Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control practices
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team
