ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in February 2026 and currently lead a growing team of five. I bring more than 25 years of insurance industry experience, along with a unique background in professional sports, including time working with the Chicago Bears and alongside Walter Payton. I'm a graduate of Marquette University, hold an MBA, and live in Chicago with my family and three children. Those experiences have shaped the competitive, team-first approach I bring to the agency today. Giving back is important to us, and our agency supports local food banks, schools, toy drives, and other charitable initiatives throughout the community. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joe Ferrazza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS
