Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in California
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ functional abilities within the academic environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with student and team goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations to best support student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with educational goals
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with policies and regulations
