You'll gainhands-on experience working with clients, vendors, and contractors while learningthe fundamentals of facilities management within a world-class corporateenvironment.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee facility maintenanceactivities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and service vendormanagement.

• Conduct regular facility inspections toensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Manage and maintain all purchase orderand work order logs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Coordinate procurement and inventorymanagement of office and facility supplies.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenanceschedules, service contracts, and compliance documentation.

• Serve as the primary liaison withproperty management, contractors, and internal departments for facility-relatedmatters.

· Follow instructions, short correspondence, andmemos and ask clarifying questions.

· Respond to common inquiries or complaints fromclients, co-workers, and supervisors.

· Use existing procedures to solve straightforwardproblems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

· Impact through clearly defined duties, methods,and tasks are described in detail.

· Deliver own output by following definedprocedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is or $26.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $29.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience
