Responsibilities Prepare and manage a diverse range of menu options, ensuring that all meals meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation. Lead a team of dietary staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service. Maintain accurate records, including inventory management, meal production, and resident dietary needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including our nutritionists and medical staff, to ensure that our dietary services meet the unique needs of each resident. Develop and implement cost-effective food purchasing strategies, ensuring that our budget is utilized efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety codes and regulations.
