You’ll work four days in person and enjoy one day working from home each week.

Leverage your speech-language pathology skills in a supportive school environment, serving as a vital resource for students’ communication and learning needs. You’ll engage with educators and families to ensure each child achieves their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with school-age children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to varying caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Document and track student performance and prepare required reports
• Deliver direct therapy services both in person and remotely as scheduled
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute thoughtful input to student plans
• Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with district and state guidelines
