Job Skills / Requirements We are looking for a hardworking Lead Floor Technician to deliver the highest quality of floor care services to surfaces in various commercial buildings throughout Southeast Wisconsin. Supervise experience is required. The ideal candidate will use their technical skills and leadership experience to direct the team to complete the work in the allotted time, be a good communicator, and be willing to lead by example. Valid driver's license and insurability through company insurance is required.
