What You'll Do
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assist with directions, questions, and general needs
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Help coordinate appointments, transportation, and visits
- Support resident experience by assisting with requests and concerns
- Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment
- Communicate with nursing, social services, and administration as needed
- Promote a positive and caring atmosphere throughout the facility
- Excellent people skills and communication
- Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus
