Travel Physical Therapist - $2,274 per week

Job Overview Travel Physical Therapist position in Saugus, Massachusetts. Start date 07/06/2026 , 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days, travel assignment. Responsibilities The Physical Therapist/PT is responsible for: Assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. Providing direct patient care, assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establishing and administering a treatment program with goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Setting realistic goals, documenting and recording patient condition, and educating patients and families. Developing a plan of care for each patient. Providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assessing patient needs, planning, evaluating, and modifying care to meet goals. Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals. Qualifications Doctorate or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE passed. Graduate from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as Registered PT or in process of licensure. Current CPR certification. Other client‑specific requirements may apply.
