YS Financial Group is looking for top tier sales people who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held. Who We Are NOT Looking For: Agents who NEED to make money that they are so desperate Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way Not looking for people who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego Who We ARE Looking For: An agent who is competent, speaks well, and can communicate effectively. An agent who doesn't need to be motivated, you are ready to follow a system that already works. We are NOT your traditional life insurance agency. We work with a multitude of carriers throughout the US and we do 100% of our business through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom) meetings. Our average agent spends on $1,000 to $1,500 a week on leads to write anywhere between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium. We are NOT looking to lead assist program anyone. We have high starting contracts in place. We have a proven training system that you can plug into. We have a trusted lead source that all our high end agents are running on. We just need more agents.
