Required skills/certs/exp: Minimum years of experience: 1 year. Traveler experience required: Yes, does not accept 1st time travelers. Locals accepted/rate difference: Yes. Skills: Neuro experience. Inpatient hospital exp, PACS, contrast required. All IR procedures including: stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abd and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access and neurological studies. Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment exp required. Certs: BLS and ARRT. Preferred skills/certs/exp: ARRT Advanced Cert preferred. EPIC and McKesson preferred. Outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, teaching hospital, community hospital, ablations.

Shift: First shift with call, staggered start time between 0700 and 0830 for 4x10 hours/day M-F. Call requirement: Weekends and evenings/nights on call rotation. On call as needed: Yes, primary and backup call rotation. Float requirement: None. Weekend requirement: Weekends and evenings/nights on call rotation. Patient diagnoses: Patient age group: majority adults and geriatrics, with some adolescents. Required skill in both neuro (to include stroke intervention) and body procedures. Special procedures/unit details: Daily case load: 13-17. Special equipment: Siemens and Phillips required. Acuson preferred. Hospital orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day. Scrubs: provided.
