Outside Sales Representative

Generator Sales Specialist

We're looking for a proven closer ready to take ownership of a high-opportunity territory. This is a 100% commission role for self-motivated sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Top reps generate $1.5M$3M+ annually - earning $150K$300K+.

What You'll Do

Run company-provided leads + generate your own opportunities
Conduct in-home consultations and close standby generator systems
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Build referral networks and maintain a strong pipeline

What We're Looking For

Proven success in high-ticket sales
Driven, self-starter mindset
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfortable in a commission-only structure

Compensation & Schedule

100% commission (uncapped)
$150K$300K+ realistic earnings
Field-based role with flexible schedule
Availability for 12 Saturdays/month based on demand
