Executive Operations Partner

WyattWorks Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric

This isn’t a typical executive assistant role.

I’m looking for someone to work directly alongside me as we continue building WyattWorks into one of 

the best home service companies in the country.

Some days you’ll be helping solve operational challenges.

Some days you’ll be leading projects.

Some days you’ll be holding people accountable, organizing meetings, improving processes, following up 

on action items, or simply making sure things get done.

No two days will look the same.

I’m not looking for someone who asks, “Is this my job?”

I’m looking for someone who says…

You’ll have visibility into nearly every part of WyattWorks, from operations and leadership to strategy, finance, recruiting, customer experience, and future growth initiatives.
