Job Summary: As a contract Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide top‑notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. Utilize your skills to implement treatment plans and guide patients in therapeutic exercises. Your compassionate approach will contribute to patients achieving their goals and improving their overall independence and quality of life. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist Assistant experience (experience in home healthcare is a plus). Strong self‑management skills and the ability to work independently. Responsive and timely communication through messaging. Proficient in the documentation and ensuring timely completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach. Requirements: Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance. A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years. Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type. Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.
