What Is The Opportunity
The Senior Solution Engineer drives adoption of Digital Workspace products and solutions in large‑scale enterprise accounts within the U.S. Intelligence Community.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with U.S. Intelligence Community CIOs, CTOs, and architects and guide them through digital transformation journeys.
- Lead technical pre‑sales efforts, including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes.
- Present Omnissa’s Digital Workspace technical and business value proposition at industry events.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in expanding account value.
- Influence product direction by sharing insights on federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, DISA STIGs) and operational requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7 years in a pre‑sales solution engineering role or a related customer‑facing role; strong experience with End User Computing is a plus.
- Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required.
- Clear understanding of enterprise architecture, Windows desktop/application management, and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800‑53, and NIAP.
- Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with subscription‑based go‑to‑market models and customer adoption strategies.
Location
Remote – U.S. (Washington DC Metro Area)
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Compensation
On‑Target Earnings (OTE) USD $225,000 – $350,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
