The facility provides inpatient hematology and oncology services within a structured on-site clinical environment, supporting both solo and collaborative models of care management. Established clinical protocols and workflows are in place to facilitate coordinated oncologic care delivery throughout the covered assignment period. The facility maintains the resources necessary to support locum tenens clinicians across all designated coverage dates.

The state offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of historical, cultural, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Outdoor options include coastal destinations, scenic river excursions, and year-round wildlife experiences. Cultural and arts venues are distributed across the state's distinct regions, providing diverse leisure opportunities for those seeking activities during time away from clinical duties.

Clinicians will provide on-site inpatient hematology and oncology coverage on a day shift schedule, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, structured as four 10-hour shifts per week for a total of 40 hours. The clinical scope encompasses both solo inpatient care management and collaborative patient management, with 12-15 new consults expected as part of the daily workload. No call coverage is required for this assignment. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters.
