Position Summary We are currently seeking a detail‑obsessed Pastry Sous Chef to lead an amazing team and manage the daily operations of a high‑volume, fast‑paced scratch kitchen at Hotel Hanalei Bay. Responsibilities Assist in all manner of food prep Supervise line staff Manage inventory Provide on‑the‑spot solutions in a high‑volume kitchen Maintain daily operational excellence in a 24‑hour operation Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of similar experience in pastry or culinary operations Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus Advanced knowledge of culinary operations Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in guest and team engagement Excellent verbal and written communication Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation Benefits Compensation: $85,000‑$95,000 annually + incentive bonus.
