Job Overview We’re currently seeking a detail‑obsessed Pastry Sous Chef with the leadership skills to motivate an amazing team while managing the daily operations of a high‑volume, fast‑paced scratch pastry kitchen at 1HotelHanaleiBay. Responsibilities Motivate and lead the pastry team. Manage daily kitchen operations, including food prep and inventory. Supervise line staff and troubleshoot on‑the‑spot solutions. Collaborate with top chefs to continually improve pastry offerings. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of similar culinary experience. Post‑secondary diploma or degree (preferred). Advanced knowledge of culinary operations. Strong leadership with proven track record of guest and team engagement and financial performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
