The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager you will effectively demonstrate recruiting expertise focused on hiring manager experience recruiter effectiveness and candidate experience. You will earn and maintain credibility by partnering with hiring managers and recruiting teams to source screen and present qualified candidates for job openings. Talent Acquisition Associates are highly organized and deliver results through their knowledge of the market passive candidate outreach and social media strategies.

Client Relationship Management

• Partner with your Recruiting Lead and TA colleagues to execute targeted recruiting strategies.
• Juggle multiple hiring priorities with confidence delivering strong outcomes across each.
• Keep clients consistently informed with meaningful updates market insights and clear data points.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with HR Operations Compensation and Resource Management.

Recruiting & Sourcing

• Draft and post compelling job descriptions that attract a diverse slate of talent.
• Use a variety of sourcing methodsjob boards social media networking referralsto engage highquality candidates.
• Maintain clean accurate data across the ATS and related systems.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle with a focus on transparency efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure candidates consistently receive an exceptional experience from first touch through offer.

Talent Assessment

• Learn and apply Hurons interview framework to drive consistency and quality of hire.
• Review resumes assess qualifications and evaluate candidate fit with clarity and fairness.
• Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens providing wellwritten summaries and clear recommendations to hiring teams.
• Facilitate productive interview debriefs that support confident aligned hiring decisions.

Communication & Professional Acumen

• Communicate effectively with audiences at all levels both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong selfawareness and sound judgment elevating issues when needed.

Required Experience

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bachelors degree in business HR Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of fullcycle recruiting experienceconsulting corporate professional services or executive search.
• Strong change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and partner with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word Outlook Excel) ATS/CRM tools LinkedIn Recruiter SeekOut and Boolean search.
