Five Star Staffing is hiring EXPERIENCED Apartment Leasing Professionals for immediate opportunities throughout Houston.
APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
We need polished, dependable professionals who are ready to work and can step into a leasing office and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities- Tour apartments and lease available units
- Answer phones and follow up with leads
- Process applications and verifications
- Track traffic, appointments, and leases
- Assist current and prospective residents
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and specials
- Assist with outreach marketing and resident retention
- Inspect units and community appearance as needed
- Apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and ready to work
- Bilingual is a plus
- Background screening and drug testing required
