Junior Construction Engineer - On-Site Project Start

MBP

MBP is seeking an entry-level Engineer to join our team in Richmond/Chesapeake, VA. You will support project teams as on-site client representative, contributing to documentation and applying engineering principles to real-world construction challenges. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early-career professionals with interest in project controls, scheduling, cost estimating, and constructibility reviews.
