Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in business analysis, data cleansing, and record deduplication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with Immunization Information Systems (IIS) and public health registry platforms.

• Experience in data visualization, pattern analysis, and identifying duplicate record creation trends.

• Experience with managing hotline requests, processing data change tickets, and public communication.

• Experience in drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and data quality governance models.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute data cleansing and manual record deduplication across public health registry databases.

• Analyze patient demographic and vaccination datasets to identify, merge, or separate comingled records.

• Build and maintain Microsoft Access databases and Excel spreadsheets to audit data quality trends.

• Process official immunization record requests and data modification updates from external providers.

• Formulate standard operating procedures for data matching, record merging, and discrepancy resolution.

• Recommend technical enhancements to automated database matching and merging algorithm rules.

• Provide dedicated phone and email hotline support to resolve public data discrepancy inquiries.
