C&J Automotive is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team! About C&J Automotive C&J Automotive is a owned family business that was established in the Berwyn, PA in 1988. We later expanded to our second location in Newtown Square in 2019 and have since added 7 more locations! Job Duties Greet clients and maintain showroom. Schedule appointments. Serve as main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc. Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of. Build Work Orders. Receive, order, and post parts. Review digital inspections. Requirements Automotive experience (not required but a plus). Attention to detail. Valid driver’s license. Sales experience (not required but a plus). Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus. Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
