HR Admin Assistant / Receptionist
$25-$28/hr | Full-Time | Onsite

Are you an organized, people-focused professional with HR and administrative experience? Join a respected organization where you'll play a key role supporting Human Resources operations, employee onboarding, events, records management, and front-office functions.

What You'll Do:
✅ Prepare onboarding, benefits, and employee packets
✅ Support employee records, HR tracking, and compliance initiatives
✅ Coordinate employee programs, recognition awards, and special HR projects
✅ Maintain department supplies, files, and organizational charts
✅ Assist with invoices, expense reports, and benefit-related administration
✅ Welcome visitors and provide professional receptionist support
What We're Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of administrative and/or HR support experience
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage confidential information professionally
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred
