Veterinary Receptionist - Supervisor

CSR Supervisor San Marin Animal Hospital is growing, and we are excited to welcome an experienced CSR Supervisor to our team! This is a hands‑on leadership position focused on overseeing daily front desk workflow, supporting the client service team, ensuring appropriate coverage for breaks and busy periods, and helping create a positive, efficient experience for both clients and patients. You will play an important role in coaching and developing team members, assisting with client complaint resolution, supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth, and ensuring that hospital policies and client care standards are consistently followed. Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk workflow and support the client service team, ensuring consistent coverage during breaks and busy periods. We are currently open Monday through Friday, but may expand our hours to include Saturdays in the future. Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set Strong veterinary client service experience, including scheduling, client communication, and handling fast‑paced workflows with professionalism and empathy. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to support, coach, and delegate effectively within a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities, with a calm and solutions‑oriented approach under pressure.
