What You'll Be Doing As a Prep / Line Cook at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen, you’ll play a key role in delivering the flavors and quality that keep our guests coming back. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards. Ensuring all food is prepped and plated with precision and care. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Prep / Line Cook who is motivated, proactive, and professional. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role: 1 year of experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
