Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required credential to practice as a school-based SLP
• Experience providing assessments, direct therapy, and teacher/parent collaboration in school settings
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEP creation, meetings, and compliance processes

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy and targeted interventions to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, specialists, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes in accordance with district and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and share data-driven progress updates
• Promote inclusive practices and support general education staff with classroom strategies
