Create individualized treatment strategies that cater to both immediate and ongoing communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
Implement specialized one-on-one interventions focused on enhancing communication skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.
Engage in collaborative care with physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing staff, and physicians, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's treatment.
Provide education and resources to patients and families to facilitate progress throughout the therapy journey.
Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, maintaining a seamless continuum of care.
Keep accurate and timely documentation according to established state, federal, and organizational protocols.
Remain updated on the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start date.
Mastery of evidence-based therapeutic techniques for all age groups, coupled with a deep understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to tailor therapy approaches to respect and integrate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Strong clinical reasonings and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in electronic health records and documentation standards.
Competitive salary reflective of experience.
Flexible work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance and diverse caseloads.
Income possibilities to branch into specialties such as pediatrics, adult neuro rehab, or geriatrics.
Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation.
Options for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
Support for continuing education and professional growth.

You'll become an integral part of a community committed to restoring voices, enhancing communication, and celebrating the beautiful moments that arise from connection. Each patient's story unfolds uniquely, and we trust you to help craft the narrative of progress and triumph.
