Remote FNOL Claims Associate - First Loss Contact

National General Insurance, an Allstate Company, is hiring customer‑focused FNOL Associates to join our claims call center. You will be the first point of contact for auto and home claims, capturing loss details and guiding customers through the process. This full‑time role starts August 31, 2026. Training lasts 6 weeks, Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST, after which shifts run 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. EST with weekend rotation. Base pay is $18.00 per hour plus incentive opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Allstate Insurance
