IT Support Engineer

Compensation: $30 - $35 /hour, depending on experience Location: Las Vegas, Texas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their team! Join a leader in small-format hospitals, offering a unique opportunity to support healthcare IT operations. As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology support across multiple hospital locations. This is a chance to work independently, travel, and make a real impact in a mission‑critical environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties Oversee daily IT operations in multiple hospital locations Ensure continuous availability of network and medical devices Lead rapid response to IT incidents affecting clinical operations Log and track calls using an enterprise ticketing system Manage onboarding processes for new staff Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to align IT services Support a 24/7 operational environment with on‑call participation Required Qualifications & Experience Proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fast‑paced environment Associate’s degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience 3+ years experience in technical support or systems administration Strong knowledge of networking and desktop support Experience with Microsoft Office and Active Directory Domain environment Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently Nice to Have Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT standards 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long‑term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Inceed is an equal opportunity employer.
