About My Client My client is a global, innovation-driven firm that has earned sustained recognition from Chambers USA. Their finance group is known for representing a wide array of market participants - from borrowers and lenders to private equity sponsors and financial advisors. This multidimensional exposure helps round out their Associates skillsets. The Role The firm is seeking Associates with 2-6 years of leveraged finance experience to join their Global Finance practice. This role focuses on leveraged finance transactions spanning domestic and cross-border acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings, and reorganizations. You will work as a key member of lean deal teams, gaining early responsibility running substantial aspects of transactions - from due diligence through to closing - while working with both traditional and alternative market lenders.
