Job Description

Assist with shipment processing, operational data entry, customer service, and billing functions to support efficient distribution operations. Learn and apply company procedures while ensuring accuracy, resolving exceptions, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to the timely movement of freight and overall customer satisfaction. Position Schedule:

Flexible weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), totaling approximately 20–30 hours per week Major Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with order processing, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and data entry to support daily distribution operations. Generate and maintain operational documents, reports, and records while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Support coordination with customers, service providers, and internal teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. Monitor shipments and inventory activity, provide status updates, and help ensure accurate customer and vendor billing. Follow company policies, operational procedures, and customer requirements while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. Qualifications
