Digital Customer Engagement Analyst Job Summary: Our global financial services client is looking for someone to help shape how millions of users discover features, complete meaningful actions, and stay connected to a leading consumer financial services platform throughout the year. In this role you will influence engagement strategy, customer experience, and the continued evolution of enterprise digital capabilities. What You Will Do: Build, test, launch, and optimize personalized in-app campaigns using the Airship Engagement Platform. Translate business goals into customer journeys supporting onboarding, feature adoption, retention, servicing, and education. Shape customer-facing experiences across banners, cards, message centers, surveys, interstitials, and related engagement formats. Own campaign quality assurance through audience validation, content review, rendering verification, and end-to-end testing. Evaluate performance and recommend improvements to future engagement strategies, governance, and operating practices. What You Will Bring: 1–3 years of experience in digital engagement, customer engagement, marketing technology, or in-app messaging. Hands-on experience with Airship, Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or a comparable platform. Experience building and deploying in-app messages, push notifications, customer journeys, or personalized digital experiences. Strong writing, content development, campaign QA, testing, and performance reporting capabilities. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
