Remote Service Desk Analyst — Windows & M365 Support

Dexian is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide end-user support in a predominantly remote environment with occasional onsite tasks in Topeka, Kansas. You will handle incidents and requests, troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS 365, VPN, and hardware, and work within the ServiceNow ticketing workflow. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of service desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining SLAs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
