Computer Systems (IT Support) Analyst

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Computer Systems (IT Support) Analyst to support a government program in the Oklahoma City, OK area. We are able to sponsor a Secret Clearance for this opportunity. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

US Citizenship AND ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a Secret Clearance. Ability to maintain a hybrid schedule in the OKC area.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service skills.
3+ years of professional technology experience OR degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience with Windows 10.
Strong prioritization and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide front-line technical support to end-users through telephone, email, and incoming tickets, and in-person requests.
Engage with end-users and clients with professional communication skills.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows applications, remote access, etc.
Use a ticketing system to track activity and technical support progress.
