Location: Stockton, CA 95219 Pay: $28.00-$29.00/hour Job Duties & Responsibilities Assist in managing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of residential and commercial properties. Monitor property budgets, support rent collection, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting and expense management. Coordinate tenant communications, resolve property‑related concerns, oversee vendor services, and ensure timely building maintenance. Support lease administration, property inspections, regulatory compliance, and occupancy standards. Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of property management experience with residential, commercial, or mixed‑use properties. Experience with budgeting, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and month‑end close activities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Working knowledge of accounting systems, financial ledgers, and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience using MRI Property Management Software and knowledge of property tax or asset management.
