Bilingual Case Manager: Field & In-Home Wellness

Randstad USA is seeking a self-motivated Case Management Coordinator to join our Case Management team. The role supports autonomy with a Monday–Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM schedule and extensive travel to member homes in Homestead, FL. You will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care, ensuring medical needs are met and overall wellness improved. Fluent in English and Spanish, you will communicate clearly with members, PCPs, and facilities, managing a diverse caseload and coordinating community #J-18808-Ljbffr Randstad USA
