Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination while developing communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Generate leads through event interactions and promotional activities. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution. Support individual and team goals during promotional events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
