Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

As our OB/GYN physician, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Burien, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of women's health cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate OB/GYN physician, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex Women's Health disorders, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

• Full-time (1.0FTE) position based at St. Anne Hospital in Burien, WA, a 159 bed Level III trauma center with satellite clinics in West Seattle and Des Moines.

• The group does approximately 100 deliveries per month. There is 24/7 anesthesia coverage.

• St. Anne has a special care nursery capable of caring for infants as young as 32 weeks and staffed by a Pediatric Hospitalist who handles all neonatal needs, resuscitations and transfers.

• DaVinci XI robot on site.

• Join 6 OB/GYN physicians, 6 CNM's and 1 Gyn APP at this location. Call is taken in 24 hour shifts and is shared equally amongst the group.

• VMFH Women's Health Service line includes 6 MFM's, 1 Urogynecologist and 2 Gynecologic Oncologists.

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN

• Active or eligible license in the state of Washington

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families
