I opened my agency in November of 2016 and lead a small, close-knit team of three built around flexibility, trust, and long-term growth. Before becoming an agent, I worked in technology sales, which shaped my approach to communication, coaching, and helping people find the right solutions. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matthew Graham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
