Location: San Jose, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: Hybrid (Onsite Training, Then Remote Eligible)
We are seeking a licensed Clinical or Educational Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will conduct psychological evaluations, review diagnostic information, determine eligibility for developmental disability services, and prepare comprehensive assessment reports. This position offers a hybrid work model, with remote work available after successful completion of training and independent case management.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological evaluations and clinical interviews for individuals ages 3 through older adults.
Review medical, educational, and psychological records to determine eligibility for developmental disability services.
Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments.
Prepare comprehensive psychological reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
Provide consultation regarding developmental disabilities and psychological services.
Perform additional evaluations, including conservatorship, competency, diversion, and related assessments as assigned.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet reporting deadlines.
Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Educational Psychology from an accredited institution.
Active California Psychologist License in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Experience administering and interpreting assessments such as WISC-V, WAIS-5, ADOS-2, and ABAS-3 (or comparable tools).
Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Candidates must be able to provide a redacted psychological assessment report completed after graduate training.
