Business Process Consultant - ServiceNow
Infinity Quest UK
- Business Process Consultant (near shore)
- 8 10 years of experience in business process consulting, business analysis and digital transformation, with strong experience delivering ServiceNow-based transformation programmes .
- Hands-on functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM , including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and Service Catalogue processes; exposure to ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, CSM or HRSD is desirable.
- Strong expertise in process discovery, requirements gathering, gap analysis and AS-IS/TO-BE process design , translating business requirements into ServiceNow functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experienced in conducting client workshops , defining ServiceNow workflows and process improvements, supporting solution design, configuration reviews, UAT, implementation and business adoption.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills , working closely with ServiceNow Architects, Developers, Product Owners and business teams; ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certification preferred .
