Maintenance Technician III (M-F 6:30 AM-3 PM)
AbbVie
Senior maintenance technician position at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility performing advanced technical support and equipment maintenance. Requires extensive skilled trade experience and the ability to mentor junior technicians while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform senior-level technical maintenance tasks independently and mentor junior technicians
- Conduct root cause investigations and reliability-centered maintenance analysis
- Create and edit maintenance job plans for equipment operations
- Support cross-functional teams and continuous improvement projects across the organization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and GMP standards in all maintenance activities
Requirements
- High school diploma with 10+ years maintenance experience, or relevant certificate with 5+ years, or associate degree with 3+ years
- Proficiency in multiple skilled maintenance disciplines
- Advanced tool and diagnostic equipment operation skills
- Intermediate MS Windows computer skills
- CMRT or equivalent accreditation (desired)
- Pharmaceutical packaging or GMP environment experience (preferred)
- Electrical experience up to 480V (plus)
