• New Time Alloted:

- New: 40 mins

- Follow-ups: 20 mins

• Support Staff: 2 Audiologists & 1 APP

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Active CO license (or willing to obtain)

• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)

• DEA​

• Clean Record
