Schedule

12-Hour Rotating Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (+10% shift differential)

2-Week Rotation

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)

• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)

Only 7 working days in a 14-day pay period, providing extended time off between shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment

• Load materials and support machine operations

• Perform quality inspections

• Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers

• Assist with machine setup and adjustments

• Follow safety and production standards

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or measuring tools is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

• Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout shifts

• Operate handheld production tools

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Must be able to work rotating 8–12 hour shifts

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
