Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers to schedule appointments, ensuring they understand the benefits of renewable energy face-to-face. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments in our CRM system. Provide clear and concise information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups with potential clients. Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to the development of best practices. Qualifications: Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals. Proven track record of being a reliable and punctual team player. Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve common goals. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment focused on renewable energy solutions. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
