Notice: JOB APPLICANTS LIMITED TO DC, MD, OR VA RESIDENTS We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in the Falls Grove Financial Service Center. About the Role A typical day as an Assistant Branch Manager will include: Coordinating day‑to‑day operations of the branch in accordance with established policies and procedures while ensuring quality service standards are maintained. Performing all duties of a Member Service Representative as needed. Acting as Branch Manager in his/her absence. Assisting members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services. We are looking for an individual with senior level banking and/or credit union experience, customer service experience, strong verbal communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality, privacy and professionalism.
