American Family Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agent to grow and service a portfolio of personal and small business policies. In this role, you will prospect and consult with clients to understand coverage needs, recommend tailored auto, home, life, and specialty solutions, and deliver exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. You will build long-term relationships, manage renewals and claims support, and meet sales and retention goals. You’ll thrive in American Family’s inclusive, collaborative culture with access to training, digital tools, and career growth opportunities across the organization.
