Tax Accountant

In this on‑site role, you will prepare and review individual and small business returns, analyze financial records, and apply current federal and state tax laws using Intuit's cloud‑based tools. You will advise customers face‑to‑face, identify credits and deductions, and research complex tax issues. Working within Intuit's collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll support peak tax season operations, educate clients on products like TurboTax and QuickBooks, and help millions prosper through confident tax filing. Responsibilities Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns for retail clients using Intuit platforms Analyze financial records to ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations Provide in-person tax advice, explain filing options, and identify credits and deductions Research complex tax issues and stay current on changing tax laws and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional Intuit teams to improve tax workflows and customer experience Maintain accurate client documentation and safeguard sensitive financial data Support peak tax season operations in a retail environment, including extended and weekend hours Educate customers on Intuit products like Turbo Tax and QuickBooks to support ongoing financial health Required Skills Individual and small business tax preparation U.
