Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturing company, is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Operations & Process Excellence department supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Analytics, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Operations Analyst

Location: Jackson, MO

Pay Range: $40.00

What’s the Job?

• Design, optimize, and implement operational processes and improvements focused on efficiency and scalability

• Develop and deploy technology-driven solutions and automation to reduce manual work

• Collaborate cross-functionally to define problems and scope technical solutions

• Analyze data to guide decision-making, identify risks, and improve operational strategy

• Investigate and resolve escalations, generating insights for long-term process and technology enhancements

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in process improvement, automation, or technical operations (0–5+ years depending on level)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with workflows, operational systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
